A Bit About Daniel
Chef Daniel was ALWAYS in the kitchen since he was at least 4 years old. I'm thinkn' he might have been 3. He is 9 now, well, until May 26, 2012. He has always had a passion for food and cooking.
Let me tell you one of the stories:
One day I was lying on the couch in exhaustion and Daniel simply asked me if he could cook dinner for the family. I don't even remember if I answered him. When I woke up, unbeknownst to me, he had prepared a baked salmon (Volume 1 video) and salad. WOW!!! I was so shocked!
Almost every day after that dinner he has been cooking great dinner meals for the family. He has now had his first dinner party where he cooked for his extended family of 9 people. I'm so proud!

A Note From Daniel:
Hi everybody! I am very shy on camera--but getting much better-- (my teacher would laugh--but it's true). It's true my mom had to pay me to cook on video! I love to cook much more than be on video that's for sure! People say that I'm lucky to have found a passion. I'm not sure what that means, but my mom says I will understand in the future-- (why do parents always say that)? Anyway, I hope you try some of the recipes and have lots of fun doing it!
Thanks for watching! Stay tuned for more volumes to come. If you are a kid at home, help by cooking for the family! It's so much fun!! (always have an adult supervise you in the kitchen). Thanks for your help!!
Daniel :)
***True fact: His nana will sometimes pay Daniel to cook her dinner!
